Terms & Conditions

Rates of fees are governed by the Navjyoti Public School . Any difference in the fees is to be paid to the institution prior to / on commencement of term.
Navjyoti Public School  shall not be liable for fee paid against incorrect information of student details or account. No liability will be accepted by the Navjyoti Public School  if the payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason. Non-refundable fee cannot be claimed for refunds in case of any dispute.
In no event, will Navjyoti Public School  be liable for any damages direct or indirect losses or expenses arising in connection with site or use thereof, inability to use by any person, delay of operation or transaction, computer virus etc.
 
Online Payment Gateway Charges
Payment Gateway Charges to be collected from parent in addition to School Fees are as follows:

Cancellation & Refund Policy
If the student leaves Navjyoti Public School  during or after any Academic Year, the student shall not be entitled of refund of any non-refundable deposit/payments.
Refunds, if applicable, at the discretion of the Management, will only be made as per the sources of debit/credit card/net banking used for the original transaction.

For Online Payment

Online Payment may be made by two categories of students:

  1. Existing Students of the School (for paying the regular school fee)This category of students will access the Online Payment Facility by login to the ScholarErp Solution through  School Website or through Mobile APP.
  1. New Students seeking admission in school (for paying Registration Fee, Admission Fee, Security Deposit etc.)This category of students when avail the Online Payment Facility, they will be directed to a Payment gateway where they need to provide the Student Registration Number for Online Payment.

Online Payments can be made through credit cards, debit cards or Net Banking facility. The payment will normally reach the School account within three working days.

This is an additional optional facility for fee payment for the convenience of parents. In addition to this option, the earlier option of Cheque Payment or Payment through swiping the Debit/Credit Card at the school counter will also continue. Please read Terms of Payment carefully before using the Online Payment Facility. Using the Online Payment Facility on this website indicates that you accept these terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Online payment facility.

Fee Policy

1.The fee is to be paid quarterly at the reception fee counter of the school latest by the 10th day in the month of April,July October and January.
2.Late payment fee will be charged after the due date up to a maximum of 30th of the month and there after the name of the student will be struck off from the roll.
3.In case of re-admission a fee of Rs.500/- will be charged along with the remaining dues.
4.Fee will be charged for all the 12 months.
5.Fee/charges once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances what so ever it may be.
6.Bus fee will be charged for eleven months i.e. from April to March(except June) and will be taken in two instalments i.e.
for first(i.e.April to oct.) six months in the month to April and next five(i.e.Nov to March) months in the month of Oct.
7.School bus is a facility and not a right. Therefore this facility will be provided if there is a vacant seat on the particular route.
8.School bus facility will be provided if there are minimum 10 students on that route.
9.One side bus facility will not be provided under any circumstances.
10.School buses will ply on main roads/routes and not in the interior of the colonies.
11.All the dues have to cleared before any examination.
12.Bus facility once availed will have to be continued for six months and if any body want lo discontinue after six months then he/she will have to inform the office at least one month in advance otherwise the request will not be entertained. No application of bus leaving will be accepted after 30th Nov.
13.Student availing leave has to inform one day in advance to the Bus driver/office otherwise the bus will not go to the designated place the next day.
14. Kindly keep the fee receipt for your I/Tax purpose. No other fee certificate will be issued, in case anybody requires a fee certificate then Rs 100 will be charged extra for the same.

WITHDRAWAL
•If a parent wants to withdraw his child from the school, he will have to apply it in writing one month in advance, otherwise fees for that month will be charged.
•Those who want to withdraw their ward in the new session will have to apply within one week of the declaration of annual results otherwise they have to pay fees for the I Quarter (i.e. up to JUNE).
•Honesty, cleanliness, good manners and loyalty are taught to the students and we expect the same things from them.
• Anyone who is not following the school’s rules & regulations may be asked to leave the school
•A student who fails a second time in the same class must be withdrawn from the school.

School Rules & Regulations

DONT’S:

  •    Litter the premises of the school by throwing bits of paper or spitting.
  •    Loiter in the school without prior permission.
  •    Miss the class/Periods.
  •    Use foul/abusive language.
  •   Tell lies or hide facts.
  •   Fight with your school mates.
  •   Steal anything in cash or kind.
  •   Damage school property/plants.
  •   Possess any weapon, fire works/anything objectionable.
  •   Create any sort of disturbance.
  •   Cheat during tests and exams.
  •   No cross talking in class.
  •   Carry any comics, stickers, stamps, posters,
  •   fancy items, pocket books or keys, gift items, cards etc.
  •   Leave school during school hours, without prior permission of the authorities. In case of an   emergency, notify and sign out in the office.
  •   Students found guilty of any of the above will be severely dealt with.
  •  

DOS:

  •   Students are expected to conduct themselves gracefully at the time of assembly and   throughout the day.
  •   Complete all assignments on time.
  •   Be respectful, regular and punctual.
  •   Be neat and tidy.
  •   Maintain discipline of school at all time.
  •   Walk silently in a queue.
  •   Maintain the decorum of the school at all times.
  •   Wish teachers elders & guests.
  •  

BICYCLE RIDERS:

BICYCLE are parked at the owner’s risk and the school will not be responsible for any kind of theft or damage of bicycle. The school provides parking free of cost outside the school premises. The vehicles are parked at owners only. Lock your vehicle properly.

BUS RIDERS:

  1.    Reach punctually at Bus pickup points. Behave yourself after boarding the bus.

PERSONAL VEHICLES:

  •   Park vehicles at the specified place.
  •   Do not create disturbance.
  •   The school will not be responsible for any kind of theft /loss /damage caused to vehicle

We don’t believe in making a child- literate.

We believe in Educating him.

School Conveyance

  1.    Bus fee will be charged for eleven months ie. from APRIL to MARCH (Except June).
  2.    Board appearing students of VIII, X & XII Class will also have to pay bus fee for Eleven months ie. APRIL to MARCH (Except June).
  3.    Bus facility once availed will have to be continued for six months and if anybody wants to discontinue after six months then he/she will have to inform the office at least one months in advance otherwise the request will not be entertained. No request for discontinuing bus facility will be accepted after 30th November.
  4.    Students will not be allowed to be dropped at any other point except his/her designated point. If anyone wants to change his picking/dropping point, prior information must be given to the principal. 
  5.    If you are not satisfied with school bus facility, you may contact personally to Bus Incharge or Principal. Parents are requested not to take any kind of decision individually.
  6.    Parents are requested not to use any kind of unparliamentary language with anyone.. In such  cases your ward may be expelled/resticated and it will be responsibility of parents.
  7.    Don’s pay any kind of fee or money to bus driver of conductor.  The school is not responsible form such kind of activities.
  8.    The students must reach the designated place 5  minutes before the scheduled arrival of bus otherwise the school will not be responsible for your child missing the bus.
  9.  Picking & dropping points will be the same.
  10.  Bus fee must be paid in two installments. I & II installment dues must be cleared in April & October respectively.
  11.  Students availing leave has to inform one day in advance to the bus driver/office otherwise the bus will not go to the designated place next day.
  12.  School bus facility will be provided if there are minimum 10 students on that route.
  13.  One side bus facility will not be provided under any circumstances.
  14.  School bused will run on main roads/routes and not in the interior of the colonies.
  15.  The changes in bus route & time may be done if certain unavoidable circumstances arise.
  16.  School bus is a facility and not a right. Therefore this facility will only be provided if there is a vacant seat on the particular route.
  17. If petrol of diesel prices hike in future then the bus fare may be increased accordingly.
